• The lower level has a loft with a queen bed. Also on this level is the entertainment room with pool table, a large HDTV, a wet bar, and working space.

*Please note that there are four beds and plenty of room to spread out, but county regulations allow a six-person maximum occupancy at the home.

• 1 bathroom (upstairs) – En-suite bathroom with double vanities, double large
  walk-in shower, air jetted bathtub plus walk-in closet. Shampoo, Conditioner,

Outdoor:
Just outside the dinning room you will have access to a large deck directly
overlooking the mountains. It comes with a natural gas BBQ and stylish outdoor table and chairs.
A short walk can take you to Dory Lake surrounded by walking trails to enjoy the breathtaking and tranquil scenery.

The Lake:
The Lake is NOT to be swam in. It is uniquely for fishing or kayaking!

Community Recreation area:
Less than a five minute walk from the property, you will find a community
recreation area with a basketball court and baseball field, kids play structure and a community covered BBQ area.

Guest access:
You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed.

Dory Lakes is a mountain paradise located between Golden Gate Canyon Road and Highway 119 in Black Hawk Colorado. Dory Lakes residents and guests receive the right to fish at their private lake, recreational space, basketball courts, a baseball field, horse shoes, and picnic tables. Cell Phone coverage
AT&T and T-Mobile/Sprint have a decent cell coverage at the house and
neighborhood whereas Verizon has none. You will need to drive half a mile to the main road to get reception on Verizon.
