Host was responsive when communicating prior to arrival. Did not correspond d other than that. Carpeting very stained and dirty. Kitchen minimally stocked. No new sponge to use to clean dishes one left in dishwasher along with a one and spoon. No bbq like shown in picture. Game room-no batteries for basketball game so we purchased and left in game. Air hockey table very dirty and broken pushers/mallets. There should be a garbage can in every bathroom. Also need adequate areas to hand towels to dry. Master bath toilet room fan not operational.

The Host was great but when we got there my daughter found a Vape under her pillow and the sheets and blankets had stains and dirt on them, Host did try to fix the issue but it was still an inconvenience when we drove a very long way for a mess of the beds, we had trouble with the Internet cutting in and out throughout our stay as well. Overall I think they need to hire new cleaners that will actually do the job they're supposed to do.
