Private Hot Tub, AC, 10 Mins to The Alamo & Pearl

Plenty of beds for all the heads in our group. House was clean. Close to downtown area, easy access to highway. Fantastic view of San Antonio New Years Eve fireworks from the hot tub.

The property was clean. There was a very nice outdoor space. Plenty of spots for sleeping! Lots of parking options. We had a big group so we walked the two miles to the River Walk and the Pearl which was flat and easy. The host was quick to respond! The only downside was the train noise if you’re not accustomed to that. But it wasn’t super often

The place itself was great for our group, plenty of bedrooms and baths and a nice outdoor area to hang out in the evenings. What was not advertised in the property overview, though, is that it is right next to train tracks with active trains all day and all night. Additionally, there were issues with a couple ceiling fans/lights not working correctly. We communicated with the property manager who did send a team out promptly to take a look, but we were told by the maintenance that this was a known issue and they couldn’t fix it. Additionally, and I know this is a small thing, but none of the bathrooms had much toilet paper and there was no extra so we had to go buy more the second day we were there.The property itself was really perfect for our group, but just a couple things didn’t make the stay good.

This was perfect for our work trip. We had to stay for 3 weeks for work, and we enjoyed every minute of it. The house had everything you needed for a long stay, and the host communicated so quickly for any needs. I have this home saved for our next work trip next year!

It was a good family place, but lacked enough seating for our party of 13. Bar stools were unsteady Nice gathering place with firepit in back yard. Queen size Bunkbeds were a little unsteady, which caused concern. Plenty of towels, but few wash cloths and hand towels- needs bath mats Kitchen served our cooking needs well Host was accessible and accommodating
